  • Color and Display Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, textures, and finishes of our mattresses and bedding products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile device's display of any color will perfectly reflect the actual color of the product upon physical delivery.

3. Third-Party Manufacturer Warranties

Treasure Valley Sleep Company is an authorized retailer of various mattress and bedding brands.

  • Warranty Coverage: Mattresses and sleep systems sold through our Site are backed solely by the explicit warranties provided directly by their respective third-party manufacturers.

  • No Retailer Warranty: Treasure Valley Sleep Company makes no independent warranties regarding third-party items. We hereby disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We will happily assist you in gathering documentation to submit a claim to the manufacturer, but the final determination of warranty coverage rests entirely with the manufacturer.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Idaho law, in no event shall Treasure Valley Sleep Company, LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or agents be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind. Our total liability to you for any damages arising out of or related to an order shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the specific product in question.
